October 22, 2013
It is nearly the end of October and the holiday season will quickly be upon us.
Progress Reports are being sent home today. Please review the report, sign and return to the teacher tomorrow. I encourage you to make an appointment with your child’s teacher if you have any questions and concerns. Communication is the key to success for all involved.
We will be having our Halloween Party this Friday evening. It is always one of the most wonderful parties we have all year long. Please try to join us … it will be a spooktacularly great time!
We will be celebrating All Saints Day on Friday, November 1st at the 10:00 a.m. mass. A student from each class will be dressed as the saint that the class has adopted and another student from the class will be speaking about the saint sharing interesting facts that the class has learned. Please try to join us as we learn about the saint together.
***As the cooler weather is quickly approaching we already have a number of lost items in the Lost and Found. Unfortunately, most if not all of these items are not labeled with a child’s name.
Please label all items and articles of clothing with your child’s name so that the lost item can be returned. The office will only hold on to the items for one week – after that they will be donated to the poor.***
Please read the Home School Association News to learn about the happenings in the school.
Have a good week.
Mrs. Carol Donnelly
